How I use Facebook

First attempt from the list of things to blog about from Chris - How I use Facebook.

I'm now confident that after this post, you guys will think I'm a stalker hahahaha.

So............. Erm. I used to use Facebook a lot! Like spend few hours on it when im bored? Now slightly lesser since I got Instagram and other sites to visit haha. But now still will visit everyday uh. That makes me less stalker-ish now. right? hahaha SAY YES!!! Yes guai!

How I use Facebook is that I will first look through news feed? HAHAHAHAHA I SOUNDS LIKE IM EXPLAINING SOMETHING STUPID LIKE HOW TO TIE A SHOE LACE TO 5 YEARS OLDS WTH. Ok and then next , I will click on interesting statuses and look at the comments? And if the person's status is like exceptionally funny/ridiculous/interesting, maybe I will click on the person's profile and view their profile? LOL WTH WHAT IS THIS IM DOING EXPLAINING MY STALKERISH SIDE.

I also use Facebook to share photos with my friends? Now a proud owner of 3000 plus photos! With probably half or more than half uploaded by me?

I will also...... Like other's statuses or photos if I find it nice. Facebook chat with people. Wish people "happy birthday" (trust me, without Facebook, less than 10 would remember your birthday unless its those who cares) . like pages. Click on friends' profile to catch up on what they have been up to. Have a good laugh at 9Gags. Etc etc.

And . Ok. sometimes I will click on random people's profile and look through their photos and judge them(I know I'm mean) or give personal comments mentally. I also mentally praise pretty or hot looking people, or admire at sweet couples.

I will sometimes also use it as a tool to find some hot guy I met? LOL.

YES YES YES.I SHALL STOP NOW. THIS IS GETTING OUT OF HAND. Who on the right mind goes around telling people how they use Facebook HAHAHAHAHA. Stop judging me now like how I judge despo people hitching on pretty girls on fb. LOL BUH BYE. Feel free to tell me how you use Facebook also hahahahahaha. I will be glad to exchange cyber stalking skills with you!

Instead of TGIF im going to say, TGIH-Thank God Its Holidays!

hahaha I don't even know its friday now that its holidays until my mum told me. I honestly thought today was thurday haha. Anw so today wasn't boring! Went shopping with Bryan, Shenmin and Zhijian for their prom stuff. Apparently Bryan pulled me along because they think I can help them choose. hahahaha. They really trust me too much for my taste in guys clothes! Can't help it that people see me as someone with a great taste. ahem ahem.

Went down to town and walked around H&M, far east plaza for their prom stuff. now then I realized  guys clothes really not cheap esp blazers and shirt! The blazers were selling at at least $80 to $100+. Cost more than us girls for prom for dressing only!! So expensive!

And orchard's Christmas decoration really quite nice! So blink and pretty!

Spicing things up

I don't think I will be having much interesting activities to blog about during this holiday until my overseas trip! And I felt the passion of blogging igniting again hahahaha. So I googled for "things to blog about". How original. Here's 14 topics I picked from a list of 100 from Chris Brogan that I thought I could make an attempt to try talking about! Holiday blues

I don't know why, now that its holidays, I actually feel obliged to fill up the blanks and update this little space! Maybe I'm just too bored!

Trust me on this, its only three days into the holidays and I'm starting to get bored. hahaha what happened to the lazy ass crystal who used to enjoy this lazing all day? This three days for me is basically wake up at noon.( Monday - 4 plus. Tuesday - 2 plus. Today -12 plus.) and the start of lazing around. I very much just spam drama, bloghop, wattpad and do whatever that keep me entertained. I eat at odd hours. Brunch's at at least 3pm and dinner's at like 9 plus 10!! 

I know your reaction, I really do. Let's scream out the reaction together...... NO LIFE. hahahaha no? Some said that I'm leading a shiok life when I tell them the luxury of lazing around all day. But really leh, I feel damn messed up and kauwek already with three days of life like that. hahahaha. I used to be able to do this every single day of holidays when I was in secondary school and have no complains about it. haha.

THE GRASS IS ALWAYS GREENER ON THE OTHER SIDE? YOU BET!!

Maybe I just have more productive things to do on my list. e.g the load of holiday homework and e-learning to complete. hence feeling guilty and that this can't go on anymore haha. which leads to the feeling of no-life and boringness/boredness/bore (aye whatever is used to describe it). 

Or maybe I'm putting self pressure on myself to do work hence convincing myself that this luxury of life is boring. Cos I cant find any other legit reasons to complain about this kind of life which I used to enjoy and envy.

Anyway ,so far, the only productive thing that I have done is to start on my econs essay corrections. I'm hoping to finish it by today and strike at least one thing on my "to-do" list. Sometimes I wonder why the school make us copy the econs essay corrections they give us. One set of corrections comprises of Q1a,1b,2a,2b,3a,3b,4a,4b. And I can tell you its a damn lot of amount to copy with usually one part of the essay going up to at least 2.5 pages. Do they really think we can learn by copying corrections? Do they really do? Doesn't seems so most of the time when all we students just feel like we gotta copy this whole lot and submit it. But, now that I'm having my holidays and feeling a little more chilled, I shall be a good girl and internalise the corrections before copying! Yay for me??

and, I WANT TO GO OUT AND PLAAAAAAAY!! But my good friends, majority from poly are having their tests soon. haiyo. maybe its time for me to hit the library soon to complete my homework so that I don't waste this holiday and feel all guilty about it when it ends.

Hahahahaha, this post looks so meaningless. But what to do, I'm a lil bored right now you see. Please understand although I'm predicting some of you scolding me from the other end of the screen like "shen zai fu zhong bu zi fu" etc etc etc. HAHA. 

I shall end of this post with a photo I snapped of my first meal today. An ice-cream. See, thats what I mean by messed up cos I'm feeling too lazy to go down and get a decent meal. 

I think I edit this pic until not bad leh hahahaha. who cares about "self-praise is international disgrace"? This is called self-acknowledgement! I'm really a lil bored to spend time editing a simple photo like that hahaha.

30 posts letter update

Yes I know it has been super duper long since I did this 30 posts letter thingy! now that I'm having my holidays, I sure have more time to do it! hopefully I can finish all the challenges in this post! have fun reading maybe? ;)

P.S. I typed a post with all the 30 post letter updates previously for close to 2
hours and when I double checked again for mistakes using my blogger iphone app, it screwed up. IT FREAKING SCREWED UP AND DELETE IT. urgh. $&((%%##$@ &%^((&(&)%^$$#&^YFVJV&*$%E(T^VHJKB&(*!!!!!!

Post 17 - Someone from your childhood

Hi my dear childhood friend!! How have you been? It has been 17 years since we know each other huh? Since my birth cos our mummy are friends! Thanks for always playing with me when we are young when our parents are playing mj and stuff ! I rmb the dolphin you draw last time really very nice I was jealous of your drawing hahahaha. Thanks for being a love advisor (? LOL) when I was in lower sec where we talked about our bf and love related stuff hahaha. Thanks for giving me encouragements and listening to me up to date!! Gossip gossip! Juicy juicy! Who's the last person I kissed?!? A hot A&F model? A sexy doctor? A cute stranger ?

The answer is none of the above!! Hahaha I quite no life one la, what happened to YOLO?? well good girls don't do crazy YOLOs you see hehe! The last person I kissed was a girl , a female good friend haha. Yes I kissed Crystal! That was during her birthday this year. See!

hahaha really quite a few that I don't have a favourite! :) So... to those who created some good memories for me, I really thank you sincerely from the bottom of my heart! Thanks for putting in effort and time to create beautiful memories for me! I know one day when everyone changes, grow old or even if we dont talk anymore, we have memories to count back on to remember & reminisce the good times we shared :) THANK YOU.

Post 25 - The person that you know is going through the worst of times
Hey please stay strong ok. I know it's definitely tough and painful for you to be in this position. But no matter what happens , you did your best for her and she is blessed to have you looking after her. I hope she will pull through but if not, hang in there! I know I'm in no position to say this because I definitely don't know what you had been through but, as the Chinese saying goes, it's what you once shared and held that's more important, let go of the leaving. Stay strong. And trust in your own god. :)

Post 27 -The friendliest person you knew for only one day
Eh actually quite a few you know haha! But k la I shall choose this china lady that I came across recently! She really made my day! :)

So just last last Saturday, I was otw to cca in the morning waiting for the lift. Then, there was this Chinese lady who is my neighbor with her son waiting for the lift also. So I smiled to them and she was asking her son to call Jie Jie! So polite haha . Then we started chatting. She asked me what sch I'm from, how old am I , a really random Q - are boys my age rebellious ( HAHAHA) , whether I can teach her friend's son English etc etc. she just seemed like she had a lot of Q for me even though its the first time I saw her!

Hahaha but that's not why she made my day! Why she did so was because throughout the whole convo, I think she said "Ni hao guai ah" to me at least 5 times HAHAHAHA! Obviously I was quite flattered la! Someone that don't really know me keep calling me a good girl hehehehe so it totally brightened up my groggy morning hehehehe

To the friendly ah yi : thanks for calling me a good girl so many times hehe. It's nice to have such a friendly neighbor with your warm personality!! It's great talking and sharing with you more about Singapore life!! :)

I like friendly people! Don't you? Haha truth is I actually smile to random people when we have eye contact or I stepped into the lift or just really randomly quite a bit sometimes! I hope they don't take me as some creepy girl. Oopsie! Haha I rmb there was this one time I was crossing the zebra crossing with my ah ma, then this car stopped for us so I just smile to him( I do that quite a lot lately haha ) and his reaction was quite funny la! He drive alr then look back and laugh at me .

Eh i don't know whether he's shocked or think I'm crazy with his reaction but whatever! The point is BE FRIENDLY! Haha we are all Singaporeans! K la I'm not always that nice. Sometimes I will stare/curse/diao people when they are rude or push me etc without apologizing. Shhhh. I'm still human!

Post 30- Your reflection in the mirror
YOOHOOOOOOO LAST ONE!!!!! Haha why so cute this one.

Mirror mirror on the wall, hi reflection! I know nobody is perfect but eh some major problems is that .... WE NEED TO CUT DOWN SOME FATS and stop the pimples from growing etc etc!! You not bad looking la HAHAHA. and smile more and stand upright! you need to have more confidence uh!!

Just to add on something. I'm really sorry if the view on iphones or your phones are like not justified or anything. meaning like the captions are not directly below the photos or what etcetc. I spent the past one hour trying to fix it and it fails! ): cos i post based on how nice it looks on com view! So for the best view, use com!! because my blog template (a tribal one) looks much more nice on com also. :) if anyone knows how to fix this, please tell me! I'm a noob on IT. hehe. thank you.

Chalet with clique

Remember how much I said I miss hanging out with my clique and going for chalet just few weeks back? They finally book it! Was really looking forward and feeling excited to hanging out with my darlings even though we slept the afternoon through hahahaha sometimes I wonder am I the only weird one who finds joy and happiness just hanging out with my loved ones no matter how boring it can get? Because, I really am happy when spending time with them haha

                                 

First evening & night (23/11)

Spent the night BBQ-ing. Lucky the rain stopped then. The rain only came back when we were cleaning up. really damn lucky lor!! much more food than last year although its like some protein feast with the lots of bacon strips and chicken wing they bought.

                         

                                 

I very guai , got help to put butter and flip the food ok!! hahaha I did it out of fun la actually. Got some sense of satisfaction when the food is cooked well one leh. haha. and I was feeling like some experienced bbqing cook after one hour of helping out at class BBQ. hehe.

 And of course I took quite a bit of photos with ma homies! What's more fun than camwhoring and taking photos? ok la actually a lot more things are fun that that. BUT. taking pictures = yay. Thanks to whoever who invented cameras and created the easy convenience of uploading it now.

2nd day (24/11)

Breakfast with Ivan at 5am. Both of us couldn't sleep due to Shaun's thundering snores hahahah

Went back to sleep after breakfast. haha had some good 3 hours sleep. Woke up and played cards and sleep again. hahaha who would have known that sleeping in chalet can be an enjoyment also? cos we really slept the afternoon through. till like 5 I think then we went ehub. haha the guys went to play pool shopped a bit then went back for BBQ again

went home after BBQ after that. such a long ride home and there was no seats. haiyo. 

really enjoyed myself even though there was nothing really fun or wow. but between those jokes, gay taupoks, sleeping, chatting, BBQ, playing , I found happiness. hahahaha who knows being happy can be as easy as this?

Run for hope'12

Hey! How has your weekend went? Good? It has been some time since I update, I just dislike updating using my phone when it comes to picture-ry posts. The picture sequence and size will be messed up & there's like no spacing between photos as well!

Anyway, good news is that I promoted!!

Phew! So much for panicking due to really last min work. I even went to check out poly admission criterias already. I'm not too sure whether I'm up for it or it is the best situation for me but I hope I will be in due time. For now, I'm liking the name of being called a JC2. Yeah man. haha

So an update on what I have done in the past week except for Nov lessons (sian that) , I went for Run for hope'12 , class BBQ. chalet with clique (Post will be up later)!!

Run for hope'12 on 18/11/12 :)

                              

It was held in Marina barrage area, pretty similar to Nike WeRun track! seems like a pretty popular area for runs nowaday. So anw, went for the run with my sister. Woke up at 6am and reached there around 6.45! We can choose between 3.5km and 10km and we went for the 3.5km one. I think both of us took around 30min min? hahahaha. let me tell you, running with my sister is not a good choice at all. man. 

When we started the run, I was like jogging like usual. And then I turn to my right, my sister is yeah what, walking. Yes you get that, walking. She was like "I walk same speed as you jog". Walao eh. ): Everyone jogging the same speed as me lor. Not that I extremely slow or what zz. It sucks to have a younger sister that has better fitness than you. meh. But in the end after I started telling her how stupid she is looking, for walking  and running to catch up with me on and off, she started jogging. tsk tsk tsk. tong ren bu tong min, wo de fitness jiu shi bu shi hen hao man haiyo.

You know I really have to say kudos to the mascot! It's really not an easy job man. Must be really stuffy inside the costume. I saw the guy taking out the head with people fanning him and giving him water for awhile. Good job boy! :)

I'm definitely going next year. Anyone wants to go with me already? I promise you I wont jog slower than your walking speed. LOL. :)
